Are these document generators free?

Yes. There is no sign-up, no limit on how many documents you produce and no watermark. They run entirely in your browser, so there is no account to create and nothing to cancel.

Is my data safe?

Nothing you type is uploaded. Every calculation happens in your browser, and the only thing kept is your own business details, saved in this browser's local storage so you do not retype them. Customer names, amounts and line items are never stored.

How do I download a document as a PDF?

Use the print button on any generator and choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog. That produces a clean single-file PDF with no watermark, which you can email or send on WhatsApp.

Do these documents meet GST requirements?

The tax invoice, receipt voucher and credit note carry the particulars those documents have to show, and the tax is split by place of supply. Whether a given document is compliant still depends on what you enter and on your own circumstances, so have your Chartered Accountant confirm anything material before you rely on it.

Can I use these instead of accounting software?

For occasional documents, yes. What they deliberately do not do is maintain your invoice series across a team, track what has been paid, or file your returns. Once you need those, you need software that holds the ledger rather than a generator that produces one sheet at a time.
